A deal is coming, once the owners get to cancel enough games
Don't freak out about the owners calling it a "deadlock", it's all part of their plan
The MLB and MLBPA met yesterday for their first bargaining session since the owners took their season and went home last week in Florida. You know things are starting to finally heat up when one side—in this instance the owners, naturally—declares some sort of stalemate.
MLB spokesperson Glen Caplin said, “Simply put, we are deadlocked.”
