Outrageously good as always. Wonderful advice for play-by-play guys, although I blame Bears mismanagement for your dissatisfaction with Joniak. They aren't any better at coaching up a broadcast than they are with the offense. I doubt anyone has given Jeff meaningful feedback since his first month on the job.
